In this class, I will warm you up properly with stretches focussed on the group of 2-3 challenging (or “peak”) poses that I will be focussing on in that particular class. I will break down each of the challenging poses so you can fully participate, even if it is your first time. In almost all classes, we will spend time at the wall, to help us go upside down or further into the challenging poses. Finally, I will cool you down with poses to counteract the areas we have worked on in that class, meaning that you will feel less sore the next day.
