Sweat: My classes are designed to get your blood pumping!
 
Flow: Classes are based around the vinyasa style, but are always different, so you’ll never get bored or stuck in your practice.
 
Fly: We work towards “peak” poses that you might not have tried before in every single class, and often use the wall to help us fly our inversions.
 
Repeat: Stick with me, and you will see breakthroughs and rapid improvement in your practice before you know it.

Free Flow: As I am not currently offering live classes (on demand or in person), I've uploaded recordings of my previous classes to the On Demand Videos page here, so you can practice with me for free at a time and place that suits you best.
